Sam Kaiser - Foreman
I've been in commercial construction for 15 years working as a carpenter. In those 15 years, I have learned a lot about all the other trades and the order in which they need to be scheduled, this is the key factor in maintaining a smooth running job site with a positive atmosphere from start to finish within reason. I've framed quite a number of exterior heavy gauge steel stud buildings as well as interior steel studs drywall. I've built miles of radius, straight and sometimes wavelike soffits. I've done doors and about every type of hardware there is on a minimum of 20 job sites. I'm certified and trained in many things pertaining to construction and also went to 4 years of apprenticeship training school and worked as an apprentice for 7000 hrs before becoming a very journeyman carpenter. Lastly, a few words I would use to describe myself are Driven, persistent, punctual, accuracy, courteous.
